Cooking Poached Eggs

Recently, I’ve been hooked to cooking! Yay! But it was over the moment I was. LOL just kidding. I learned cooking poached eggs some 2 weeks ago, only was I able to post now. So, I will share how!

My Specialty!

Cooking poached eggs is very easy. You just need:

  • 1 – 1 1/2 Glass of Water
  • 2 Tbsp of Vinegar
  • The egg of course.

Procedure:

1. First, put your glass of water in your pan (or wherever you’re cooking, just make sure it’s metal okay? XD)

2. Then next, put your 2 tbsp of vinegar.

3. Let it boil for about 3 minutes.

4. Break the egg shell and let it fall into your pan of glass and vinegar!

5. See, it forms like when you’re frying the egg!

6. Let it cook til 5-8 minutes, then you’re set!

 

Poached eggs are very much healthier than fried eggs plus, isn’t vinegar paired with egg the best? You can do the same with hot-dogs. These pair so well for breakfast :)
