Mango is great for memory, eyes and prevent from heart disease, cancer and . If taken with milk, mango helps in weight gain. Mango is great for complexion and makes skin fair, soft and shining.

Mom bought me loads of mangoes and oranges. Heeee. But then I hate the weight gain part. Bummer. I eat it instead of rice lately, since I don’t really eat rice anymore. Maybe only a cup in a week. My weight had been stuck to 57 kg. Me is sad :( Anyway, it’s good to know about these facts! It’s really healthy then ;) And for those who need to gain weight!
