Mornings. I usually get agitated of waking up early. But lately I’m finding it easy to wake up either early or on time – but there are those bad days when I want to sleep all day too! It usually depends.

I start my morning normally like everyone days, with cereals and milk. Then often, with my favorite snack. And while munching on my cereal, I plan the day…”what do I have to do today so important?” even if I do end up with messing up the plan!

In general, I think with cereal & skimmed milk you consume about 184 to 200 calories. Then a choco choco cake pie from Lemonsquare is 170 calories.

My favorite cereal is the one with fruits. I forgot the name though (the irony is that it’s my favorite, huh?) Oh well. What’s your morning regime or what do you do in mornings?:)
