Remember how I told you that squash soup is my favorite? Well, here I am again. This time I’ll give you more reasons why squash is very healthy for our bodies.

Squashin All Around!

  • It is a good source of
    vitamins A and C. Contains a vast amount of iron and calcium.
  • It is perfect for diet plans because it is low on calories.
  • It helps your lungs, this is good if you are having lung problems. As mentioned it has high levels of vitamins A that help protect against emphysema.
  • It also has magnesium. Magnesium is told to be a helpful agent in the prevention of strokes.

And there could be more! Last Sunday, mom came up with the cheese cake and we somehow included this so I thought of sharing about it.
